one day at fairway, there was a man next to me in the produce section with a basket that was overflowing with fruits and vegetables. i commented on his healthy selections, and he said,
"well when it comes down to it, our bodies are the only thing that we've really got. better be good to them, don't you think?"
i nodded and, looking down in my own so-far-healthy basket, was just glad that i saw him before getting to the popsicle aisle. :)
